Serenity is Key: The Power of Transformation and Contemplation
Content:
A resilience-retreat for female* scientists.
Resilience is the ability to cope with and rise to the inevitable challenges, problems and setbacks you meet in the course of your (academic) life - and come back stronger from them. Strengthening your resilience muscle is a skill that can lead to more contentedness, a better health and more effective work management in the academic context.
In this workshop we will focus on the transformation of negative inputs and how resilience can be used for your personal growth and academic success and solutions. The key will be a training in positive positioning from the field of "self-confident communication" on the one hand and authentic mindfulness on the other hand - based on the concept of “awareness in language in motion”. After a lot of practice, insights, movement and relaxing periods we might be able to handle our next crisis with self-care, generosity and gain.
