Unconscious Bias
Content:
When and where does unconscious bias play a role? When and how does our individual bias influence our perception and our actions? What exactly does "bias" mean anyway? And what does it have to do with leadership?
This interactive workshop gives participants the opportunity to investigate their own professional actions, to experiment and to develop individual strategies for dealing with unconscious bias based on their own/practical examples.
