Current Information:
For the 2026-2027 intake, all workshops will be held in English! All application documents will continue to be accepted in German or English, and all one-to-one discussions with the program and all mentoring relationships can be conducted in either language.

The MeTra Program Application Process
If you have any questions about the mentoring program or the admission requirements, please contact the program manager. If you are not sure which group or line is right for you, we will be happy to advise you. Applications are possible at any time. You will be invited to an individual interview after the application deadline at the latest. There are only a limited number of places available per round. In case of doubt, the date of receipt of the application is a decisive factor.

- Short letter of motivation with details of your experience, ideas and expectations of the program (PDF)
- Curriculum vitae (PDF)
- Completed application form according to your qualification level (see Downloads)
- Declaration of consent for the collection and processing of data (see Downloads)
